About Me
I’m Eilidh Sproul, the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Montalt Partners, with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. I specialise in transactional law in Finance, Capital Markets and Restructuring, covering Associate level through to Equity Partner search. I have a keen interest in finance, and I enjoy helping clients and candidates with their recruitment strategy/ career strategy.
I have had the privilege of executing search mandates globally across Europe and North America, which has deepened my appreciation for the diverse talent landscape worldwide. Outside of work, I do a lot of sport (mainly running, swimming, and cycling). Sport is something I am incredibly passionate about and grateful for. I enjoy traveling the world, reading/ listening to podcasts, indulging in fine food & wine and socializing with family/ friends.
