Jonathan Lalude

I’m Jonathan, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Montalt Partners.

I’ve got over a decade of recruitment experience, including working for some of the largest and most recognised recruitment agencies. Prior to founding Montalt Partners, I established and grew the US legal recruitment team for a leading global legal recruitment business.

I specialise in associate through to equity partner hires across the Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Restructuring practice areas. I have a keen interest in finance and a degree in financial and mathematical economics.

Away from the office, my time’s dominated by sport (playing football, golf, supporting Arsenal FC), playing the piano, listening to podcasts (Chris Williamson, Diary of a CEO, The Rest is Politics) and my dog, Frank.

I’m immensely excited to be working with Eilidh to build a business that embodies our shared vision, mission and values while developing strong, strategic, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
