Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must not already be registered with Montalt Partners.
• The referral reward will be issued after the candidate has been placed and remains in their new position for 180 days.
• The reward amount is up to £1,000, depending on the role and placement specifics.
• Multiple referrals are welcome, and there is no cap on the number of rewards you can earn.
