We are seeking Fund Finance Associates (3-7 years) to join our client’s market-leading Banking & Credit practice in Washington, DC. This is a standout opportunity to work with a globally recognized team on high-value, complex fund finance transactions, advising top-tier clients worldwide.
As part of this dynamic and highly regarded practice, you will gain exposure to sophisticated financial instruments across all levels of the capital structure, offering an exceptional platform for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on fund-level financings, including secured and unsecured subscription (capital call) facilities for funds, parallel funds, AIVs, and portfolio companies.
Structuring NAV-based and hybrid facilities to support funds throughout their lifecycle.
Providing counsel on liquidity financings for registered funds and credit facilities for managed accounts.
Assisting with fund guarantees and other credit support arrangements for portfolio-level financings.
