Our client is an Am Law 20 firm, with a top-ranked Leveraged Finance practice. This market leading practice focuses on structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders. The majority of their work is focused on borrower side, however they still work with lenders. Transactions include senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt, acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings. The team represent a large range of clients across varied industries and also have a cross office staffing model, so you can work with Partners in other offices.

What are the firm looking for?

• 2-5 years of experience in working at a peer firm, working on leveraged finance transactions either borrower or lender side.
• Experience of senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt, acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructuring transactions.
• An enthusiastic personality, with a tenacious attitude. The candidate must enjoy working collaboratively as their Chicago office is very collaborative/ supportive and friendly.
