Senior Finance Attorney

Class Year: 2018 or earlier
Compensation: $390K+
Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Senior Finance Attorney with 6+ years of experience advising private credit lenders on secured financing transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work on sponsored and non-sponsored middle-market lending, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and recapitalizations within a highly regarded and collaborative finance practice.

Ideal Candidate:
6+ years of experience in private credit finance at a leading law firm. Strong background in middle-market secured lending, LBOs, and recapitalizations.
