About the Role

Securitization & Structured Finance Associate (2+ years)

Leading Structured Credit Practice
Location: Boston

Salary: $235,000+

We are representing a leading global finance group looking for associates with 2+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance, or those with a strong interest in the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-ranked structured credit practice that serves a diverse and global client base, including major asset managers, equity investors, and CLO underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on securitization and structured finance transactions, focusing on CLOs, private credit, and fund finance.
  • Advise clients on NAV-based facilities, subscription line credit facilities, and other structured credit products.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documentation for CLOs and related matters.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of transactional experience in securitization or structured finance.
