Our client, a leading US law firm, is seeking an ambitious Structured Finance Associate (2-6 PQE) to join their growing London team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile CLO transactions (primarily arranger-side) and esoteric structured finance deals within a dynamic and well-established practice.
The Role
As part of this market-leading team, you will:
- Advise on a variety of CLO and esoteric structured finance transactions, working with top-tier financial institutions, arrangers, and investors.
- Play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions, gaining exposure to complex, high-value deals.
- Work in a collaborative, growth-oriented team that has tripled its deal flow and revenue in recent years.

Candidate Requirements

- England & Wales qualification.
