<p>I&rsquo;m Jonathan, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Montalt Partners.</p><p>I&rsquo;ve got over a decade of recruitment experience, including working for some of the largest and most recognised recruitment agencies. Prior to founding Montalt Partners, I established and grew the US legal recruitment team for a leading global legal recruitment business.</p><p>I specialise in associate through to equity partner hires across the Banking &amp; Finance, Capital Markets and Restructuring practice areas. I have a keen interest in finance and a degree in financial and mathematical economics.</p><p>Away from the office, my time&rsquo;s dominated by sport (playing football, golf, supporting Arsenal FC), playing the piano, listening to podcasts (Chris Williamson, Diary of a CEO, The Rest is Politics) and my dog, Frank.</p><p>I&rsquo;m immensely excited to be working with Eilidh to build a business that embodies our shared vision, mission and values while developing strong, strategic, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates alike.</p>

I specialise in transactional law in Finance, Capital Markets and Restructuring, covering Associate level through to Equity Partner search. I have a keen interest in finance, and I enjoy helping clients and candidates with their recruitment strategy/ career strategy.</p><p>I have had the privilege of executing search mandates globally across Europe and North America, which has deepened my appreciation for the diverse talent landscape worldwide. Outside of work, I do a lot of sport (mainly running, swimming, and cycling). Sport is something I am incredibly passionate about and grateful for. I enjoy traveling the world, reading/ listening to podcasts, indulging in fine food &amp; wine and socializing with family/ friends.</p><p>I&rsquo;m thrilled to collaborate with Jon in building a business that reflects our shared vision, mission, and values, while fostering strong, strategic, and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.</p>
